Holy Orders is the Sacrament through which the mission entrusted by Christ to His Apostles continues to be exercised in the Church.

Through Holy Orders, men are ordained to serve God and His people in the Church as bishops, priests and deacons.

Those who receive this Sacrament are called to a life of prayer, service and pastoral care, helping to proclaim the Gospel and serve the people of God.

Bishops, Priests & Deacons

The Sacrament of Holy Orders has three degrees: the episcopate (bishops), the presbyterate (priests) and the diaconate (deacons).

Each has a particular ministry within the Church, united in the service of Christ and His people.

Considering a Vocation?
