Preparing for marriage is about much more than preparing for the wedding day. It is an opportunity to reflect upon the lifelong commitment you are making to one another and to prepare for your married life together.

Planning Your Wedding

The first step is to arrange an appointment for you and your partner to meet with Fr Arbo.

He will talk with you about your plans, explain the preparation process and guide you through the requirements for celebrating your marriage in the Catholic Church.

Please Plan Ahead

Diocesan policy requires couples to give a minimum of six months' notice before their wedding. Most couples therefore make contact with the parish well in advance.

Please speak with Fr Arbo before making firm arrangements or booking your wedding reception venue.
